Top 3 reasons to buy
Canadian product

We asked customers who recently purchased NaviPlan Extended, ‘Why did you buy?’.

    The top 3 reasons are:

    1 Comprehensive Planning
    2 Industry Leader
    3 Adaptable Program

Here's what advisors say about NaviPlan Extended:

I purchased the plan because of its detail management capabilities, e.g.:

    • I can create categories for income/expense instead of being forced to use predetermined categories (other expenses)
    • I can create buy/sell transactions at future dates (other programs don't have this capability)
    • I can demonstrate on the combined Cash Flow/Net Worth graph the effect of premature death (useful for assessing insurance needs), specific $ positions at any given year for yearly/accumulated deficits.
    • It handles RESPs (not all programs do this)
    • You update it regularly
    • The periodic newsletter provides good support

And probably a few more reasons I can't think of right now. It's the best program available in my opinion and to my knowledge.

NaviPlan seems to be the most comprehensive cash flow based financial planning software available that can be adapted for most situations. Also, regular updates and excellent support are reasons why we continue to use NaviPlan.

I'm a familiar with the software and have a comfortable working knowledge of it after using it at a previous job for several years…I understand that it is the leading planning software tool in the industry.

I purchased NaviPlan to better serve my clients. In other words to have a proper financial, and life plan in place.

    - purchased July 28, 2009

The combination of ease of entry and use of visuals (graphs) along with detailed reports allow for sufficient information for myself as well as understandable reports for the client. I have used NaviPlan in the past which helped decide.
