EISI continues to explore the ‘bleeding edge’ in financial planning software

In his article “Technology and Your Future” (Financial Advisor, January 2009), David J. Drucker recaps sessions at the Technology Tools for Today® conference. For the financial planning segment, he reports on software enhancements that keep pace with advisors’ evolving needs yet help them do more with the software they already have.

Dr. Linda Strachan, Senior Vice-President, Product Marketing at EISI describes plan update features that enable advisors to quickly and easily produce a progress report for clients, without re-creating a plan. Strachan goes on to describe new retirement distribution planning features, which are also extremely useful in today’s market.

Drucker also cites EISI’s move toward increased integration with enterprise firms’ proprietary systems and the development of NaviPlan Select, which will merge NaviPlan Standard and NaviPlan Extended into one platform.
